Wade oversees all aspects of Founders’ operations and is responsible for setting the Firm’s strategic direction. He is a member of the Firm’s Board of Directors and the Management and Investment Committees.

 

Wade has over 35 years of diversified commercial real estate experience, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management. Before the formation of Founders, Wade was Vice President of Asset Management for Opus Properties. Prior to that, he led the central region for CB Richard Ellis, and he began his career at Norwest Bank, commercial real estate group. 

 

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He is a Board Member of Adler Trust Company and Common Bond Communities.

 

Wade holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College and was a four-year letter winner on the men’s Harvard Varsity Hockey Team. He earned a Master of Business Administration, with honors, from Harvard Business School.
