MINNEAPOLIS, Oct. 5, 2022 — Founders Properties, L.L.C. (Founders) has hired Caleb Petersen as a financial analyst to assist the capital markets team with acquisitions and dispositions. In his new role at Founders Properties, Caleb will be responsible for assisting with underwriting and due diligence for new opportunities and financial analysis for existing assets in the Founders Properties portfolio.

Prior to joining Founders, Caleb was a capital markets analyst for CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, where he worked with institutional clients through the deal process including due diligence, financial modeling, raising capital, and negotiating terms for real estate projects and funds.

Caleb has an undergraduate degree in finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
