Jim Montalbano
Senior Vice President, Asset Management
Jim is responsible for oversight of the Firm’s asset management activities. This includes working closely with the portfolio managers to develop investment-level strategies, executing property-level business plans, and monitoring investment performance. Jim manages a team of three asset managers.
He has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience and is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee. Before joining Founders in 2011, Jim worked with Opus Northwest Management and NorthMarq Real Estate Services in property management.
Jim earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the NAIOP Real Estate Investment & Development Forum.
