Jason Faith
Senior Vice President, Finance & Administration
Jason leads the finance team at Founders Properties, overseeing the responsibility for investment accounting, financial reporting, tax, audit, payroll, and treasury management. Jason is responsible for leading the company’s HR and IT functions and is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
Before joining Founders Properties in 2022, Jason was Controller and Director of Finance at Kraus-Anderson Realty Company, a Minneapolis-based real estate investment firm, where he was responsible for a portfolio of 90 commercial properties. He previously worked at CBRE as a controller, where he oversaw a team of 60 accounting professionals responsible for property management accounting and finance for a number of large real estate investment firms.
Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Mary and a Master of Business Administration from Metropolitan State University.
