Jim Montalbano

Jim is responsible for oversight of the asset management activities for the firm’s real estate holdings. This includes monitoring investment performance, creating asset management policies and procedures, developing the asset management team, and directing investment-level strategies. Jim has over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. Before joining Founders Properties in 2011, Jim worked with Opus Northwest Management and NorthMarq Real Estate Services in property management.

Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St. Norbert College. He is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and is a member of the NAIOP Real Estate Investment & Development Forum.
