Eileen Kirkwood

Eileen joined Founders Properties in 2023 and is responsible for the firm’s capital raising and investor relations activities. Eileen is a member of the firm’s Management Committee and is involved in new product development. Prior to joining Founders, Eileen led consultant relations and client service at BGO. She previously worked for Brookfield Asset Management’s Public Securities Group where she managed the client service team and led consultant relations. Before that Eileen spent ten years working in mergers & acquisitions in London and Chicago.

Eileen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Master of Business Administration from London Business School. She holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charters as well as the Series 7 and Series 63 FINRA licenses. She is a member of the Lycée Français de Chicago Board of Trustees, Women Investment Professionals (WIP), Association of Investment Management Sales Executives (AIMSE) and Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
