MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 16, 2022 — Founders Properties, L.L.C. (Founders) announces Jason Faith has joined the team as vice president of finance and administration. At Founders, Jason will lead the accounting and finance teams.

Founders Properties is a privately held real estate investment company formed by two industry visionaries, Best Buy Founder Richard Schulze and Opus Founder Gerald Rauenhorst. Founders manages a national portfolio of institutional grade properties.

Jason brings over twenty years of finance and accounting experience to Founders. Previously, Jason worked at Kraus-Anderson Realty Company where he served as controller and director of finance. Additionally, he worked for CBRE as controller.

Janet Ost, who has served at Founders Properties and associated businesses for 35 years, most recently as vice president of finance and administration, will continue through a transition period until her planned retirement in March.
