Founders Properties has acquired three industrial properties as part of the firm’s current private real estate investment Fund VI offering.
The Midwest industrial real estate acquisitions align well with Founders investment strategy that centers around portfolio diversification while utilizing in-depth knowledge of industrial markets and strategic relationships within those markets.

Russell Industrial Park II is a 100% leased new construction, state-of-the-art logistics facility totaling 251,100 square feet. The asset is located in a key logistical corridor along I-80, with direct access to the Quad Cities Region.
Mitchell Boulevard is a 100% leased single-tenant industrial property totaling 96,000 square feet. The asset is located in Schaumburg, an infill Chicago industrial submarket, and has great proximity to major highways and the O’Hare International Airport.
F Street Industrial is a 100% leased multi-tenant industrial property totaling 267,495 square feet. The asset is located on an infill site in the Central Omaha industrial market with great access to transportation arteries and an abundant labor force.
