Founders Properties is pleased to announce two leadership promotions. 

Chris Courneya has been promoted to Senior Vice President at Founders Properties and Jim Montalbano has been promoted to Vice President – Asset Management at Founders Properties.

In his promoted role at Founders, Chris continues to lead the acquisition team focused on industrial assets. He has completed over $500 million in transactions since joining Founders in 2018. Chris also focuses on joint ventures and new development opportunities.

As Founders asset management leader, Jim is responsible for overseeing asset management services for all industrial and office properties. Since joining Founders Properties in 2011, Jim has held various asset management roles within the company.
