Chris is a portfolio manager of the Founders Industrial Fund, where he is responsible for fund strategy and leads the sourcing and acquisition of investment opportunities. Chris is a member of the Firm’s Management Committee.

 

Chris has nearly 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Before joining Founders, he worked with Onward Investors, where he was responsible for industrial, multi-family, and office acquisitions in several U.S. markets. Prior to that, he worked as a portfolio manager with a focus on industrial and office properties at Unire Real Estate Group in Southern California. Chris began his career in structural engineering, working on commercial developments and large infrastructure projects.

 

He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association, and the Minnesota chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.

 

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies from the University of St. Thomas.
