Job Summary

Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Analysis

• Provide detailed financial analysis of potential dispositions.
• Create complex cash flow and IRR projections that allow for variable sensitivity analysis.
• Create fund-level IRR projections including waterfall modeling and promote calculations.
• Create hold or sell analysis for assets.
• Complete internal valuations for assets in ARGUS and Excel.
• Provide back-up to acquisitions financial analyst as needed.

Disposition Process

• Coordinate collection and distribution of property documents required for broker team’s offering memorandums and offering materials.
• Coordinate collection and distribution of due diligence materials.
• Assist with answering buyer questions during due diligence.
• Assist with the review of purchase and sale agreements and loan documents.

Asset Management

• Assist asset management team with investor reports and presentations.
• Provide asset management team with required financial analysis such as lease analysis, loan compliance calculations and fund level cash flows.
• Assist asset management team with tenant research and tenant financials review.

Performs Other Duties and Responsibilities as Assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business or related field preferred. Minimum of two years related experience in commercial real estate finance, development or brokerage is preferred. Proficient in Argus, Excel, and Word. Individual must be analytic, detailed oriented and self-motivated. Interpersonal skill required to interact effectively with investment team, buyers, lenders and investors.
